Great location, easy walk into the centre and parking close by, rooms are lovely, well decorated and immaculately maintained. The owners are incredibly hospitable and the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs are spot on.

What a glorious Bed and Breakfast this place is and it’s run by a delightful couple Debbie and Karl. The room we stay in has views of the harbour and in fact you can see the fishing boats coming in with their catch first thing in the morning. The breakfast is very much worthy of note as well. Some of the nicest scrambled egg was conjured up by Karl each morning and in fact nothing was too much trouble fro Debbie or Karl. Some very good advice was given to us with where to visit on our stay. My gratitude must go to both of them for making our stay a delightful one and one I know we shall be repeating.

Location is excellent, and great to see that free parking at the station might be available upon request. Was expecting the room/bed to be a bit more comfy for the price, but was alright in the end.

We had the most amazing few days in the ground floor apartment of Seaforth Guest House. Such comfortable beds, a lovely bathroom, everything you could need in the very well equipt kitchen - there was milk and chilled water in the fridge and tea and coffee. All beaches are within a few minutes walk as are some delightful restaurants. Debbie and Carl (the hosts) are so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. They can recommend the best places to go too! We can't wait to come back to this apartment, it is perfect for a lovely stay in one of the most beautiful towns in Cornwall.

My sister and I loved everything about our stay at Seaforth. First of all, it's in the ideal location—an easy stroll from the train station and only 5-minutes down a gently sloping street to the waterfront. Very quiet area at night. Excellent communication from the owners both before and during our stay. Carl is a hoot, and it was a delight to meet him in person. Room #1 has its own landing for the bedroom and private bathroom—both had fabulous views. In-room amenities included coffee, tea, refrigerator, water, milk & yummy chocolates, fluffy towels, and shampoo, body wash, etc. The ample closet had a generous allotment of hangers. They even thought to supply a corkscrew so we could enjoy a bottle of wine as we relaxed in the room's comfortable chairs and stared at that beautiful sea view.

A but if a late review as we stayed in Ausgust 2022. The location was absolutely perfect, it was so close to everything yet it was in a quiet area. The beach really is a few minutes away and the train station too. The process of entering was very simple, as well ad finding our room. The interior of the corridor leading up to The room was very cozy. The room we stayed in was clean and efficient - it had loads of things we might have needed during our stay. The rooms were cleaned every day. The bathrooms were also impressive. It’s the small things that also add for example the mirrors was a great and thoughtful addition. I find that a lot of other air b&bs do not have mirrors. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately we were heading home by train but there was train strikes going on. The host have warned us and suggested alternative routes. After our failed attempt of going home, The hosts welcomed us back in for an extra night. We couldn’t thank them enough as we would have been stranded we were very worried, being nearly 10hr train journey home. 100% recommend

Had an amazing stay here, The location is perfect within walking distance to the beach and the attractions of St Ives. The room was spacious and the bed incredibly comfortable with amazing views overlooking the Harbour. The real highlight were the hosts Carl and Debs who made every effort to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. We are looking forward to staying here again for our next holiday to St Ives.

I booked this accommodation through Booking.com, and I can honestly say it was perfect! It’s in a great location — just a short walk to the beach, very close to the parking lot, and within easy reach of the town centre. Everything was super accessible, which made our stay even more convenient. I’m especially thankful that they provided a parking permit for my 3-day stay. The train station car park nearby gets very busy, so I really appreciated being able to use their permit — it made a big difference. The house itself was clean and well-maintained. The room was just the right size for us, cozy and comfortable, with a lovely view of the sea. It really made our trip feel relaxing and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you Debbie and Carl!
